Tim,
You provide a realistic and vital emphasis on a major overlooked aspect of business. There are so many times I have walked into a business and was greeted by a less than favorable representative of the company which immediately turned me off. Also, over the phone often times I hear sources of music which overpower the person speaking on the phone.
Contact points are the lifeline a company which truly does have the ability to make or break the sale. Equally important is the perception of a company’s website. Throughout my interactions among customers at lilyandstone.com customers are looking for methods to attract consumers both in regards to effective marketing, website design, and resource alignment. It goes without saying a company must have the right allocation of resources with professional personnel who are essentially the face of the company.

Regards,
Kyle Vaughan
